How do I view them?
That's easy! You can either book a flight with a low-cost
airline and hire a car as most of our sites are within a 50
mile radius of airports or you can book a low-cost holiday
with us to view them or we can supply you with advantageous
ferry rates or you could always take the Euro Star train.
As availability changes daily
with us, please contact us for exact details. We can then
help to direct you to view the mobiles most suitably located
to your requirements
Refund Offer
If you book a holiday with Carisma to view the mobile
homes (eg. 2's Company holiday from as little as £399
inc. Dover/Calais crossing for 2 people + car) and you buy
a mobile home from us we will refund you £200.
Can we buy the complete with pitch?
The short answer is no, we cannot supply mobile homes that
are on pitches. You need to arrange your own pitch with a
campsite in your desired area, then arrange to have the mobile
home delivered to it. We can offer assistance with the transportation
at trade prices, installation and connection of your mobile
home and our operations staff can assist you with practical
advice on all aspects of your purchase.
This mobile home will last at
least another 20 years such is the quality of the product.
We are aware of a number of pitches at
a small, family campsite near Apremont in the Vendée
and in the Dordogne. The Vendée campsite is open all
year round with excellent facilites and pitch prices start
from €1246 per year. Please contact us for details.
You may find the following website useful
in finding a campsite on which to site your mobile home:
www.geotour.com/camping
To give you an idea of the costs involved
a pitch on a French campsite will usually charge around £1000
per year.
I have bought a property in France
which needs renovating. Is this a suitable form of accommodation
whilst work is completed on my property?
Absolutely. Each year we have a number of buyers that use
our mobile homes for just that purpose. This has allowed many
buyers to live “on-site” and manage their restoration
and building projects first hand. At the end of the project
you have a valuable asset which can be sold on or retained
for future use or even as a holiday home elsewhere.
How Do I Pay?
A £500 deposit will be required (non-refundable) and the final balance
payable before you take the mobile home away
